If you are a health care professional and you would like to refer a patient, then these are the forms of collaboration we can suggest:

• We will provide you with an extensive intake report with a proposal for the admission of your patient.
• The laboratory diagnosis that goes along with the intake procedure can be handled by us or, if you are a doctor, can be handled in coordination with our team.
• After the intake procedure with one of our doctors, you (with permission of your patient) will be kept up to date of the different steps your patients will go through in our care.
• During the period of admission you will receive (with permission of your patient) a weekly report with information of your patient’s trajectory and their evolution.
• After their release, you will receive a full report with suggestions for aftercare, with the possibility of providing the aftercare yourself.
• If you so desire, we can (with permission of your patient) make the data of our aftercare app available to you.
